MONOLOSIN DFT CAPSULE is a combination of Deflazacort and Tamsulosin which
belongs to the group of medicines called Corticosteroids and Alpha-blockers
respectively. It is used in the management of kidney stone by facilitating easy
urination. Kidney stones are abnormal hard deposits formed from minerals and
salts inside the kidney due to some underlying medical condition or certain
medications. It is characterized by severe sharp pain in the either side of the

urination where Deflazacort blocks the production of certain chemical messengers
in the body that cause inflammation and enhances the muscle strength as well as
functioning and Tamsulosin binds selectively and competitively to certain
receptors, causing muscle relaxation around the bladder exit and prostate gland,
thereby allowing easy passage of urine.
Take MONOLOSIN DFT CAPSULE as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine
with the glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Take this medicine
after breakfast or after the first daily meal. Your doctor will decide the
