BPSARTAN FORTE TABLET is used in the management of hypertension. It contains a
combination of Hydrochlorothiazide+Telmisartan that works by removing excess
fluids from the body and relaxing the blood vessels which reduces strain on the
heart and reduces blood pressure.

Take this medicine as advised by your physician. It can be taken with or without
food. During management with BPSARTAN FORTE TABLET your doctor will constantly
monitor your kidney functions, blood pressure, electrolyte levels and blood
sugar levels to avoid the risk of unwanted side effects.
